Yoga and Spa Packages

We are pleased to announce a new offering at Asana Tribe Yoga Spain. We are collaborating with Mijas Hotel TRH and Guinda Spa to create yoga and spa experiences to allow you to disconnect and fully connect with yourself and let the everyday world melt away.

Yoga and Spa Circuit Experience

Enjoy a group morning yoga session or a private yoga session (individual, group or as a couple) and then unwind at the Guinda Spa, experiencing a hydrotherapy spa circuit for 60 minutes. Relax under sensory showers, float in the dynamic pool and let your worries melt away in the Finnish sauna.

• Sensory showers (hot/cold)

• Dynamic pool (Jacuzzi 36/38°C)

• Steam sauna (Hammam)

• Finnish sauna (dry heat)

• Relaxation & rehydration area
